Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation due to the circumstances of the customer, fixed cancellation fees apply.
    1. 1. Two days before the pick up date:No Charge.
    2. 2. Until 15:00 on the day before the date of service, 30% of total charge is due.
    3. 3. Between 15:00 and 24:00 before the date of service, 50% of total charge is due.
    4. 4. After 0:00 on the date of service, 100% of total charge is due.
